Hi, can I buy a flat on my own without engaging in an agent? I have already sold my flat through an agent. I am also thinking of renting out first while waiting for my flat, so should I engage in an agent for that too or can I do it DIY? Is the paperwork involved for both processes a complex one?

Afternoon, You can choose to DIY or have a professional to assist in both of the rental and purchase. Spending just a little money to have a peace of mind, I think its worth it. Cheers!
