Hi. Bought a unit at geylang lor 32 and was able to secure 80% loan.
Vices are down as they have legalised the prc to do it in the proper houses.
What kind of psf is considered average around the area and whats its potential? Am staying there for now so that future kids can go to kong hwa school.
