Hi both me and wife are SPRs and we intend to buy Resale HDB. However I own 1 residential property in Malaysia and I've been trying to dispose for the past few years it in anticipation of buying HDB, but no one wants to buy it. How can I go about this?

Hi Sir,

Actually, you can proceed to purchase your HDB resale flat first. You will be given 6 months to sell your Malaysia property after you had purchased your HDB flat.

In the event that you are still not able to sell off the Malaysia property, you may wish to write in to HDB to request for an extension.
