Hi, as I near the completion of a 2 bedroom unit (just across the road from Newton MRT), would like to know how I could go about finding an agent who specializes in rental of units in district 11, with a good track sales track record - it's a tough rental market would be keen to work with a motivated agent.

Typically projects which just TOP will see huge interest from tenants especially so when it is nearby MRT Station. The usual stumbling block will be:

1) High expectations for rental
2) Strict requirements in terms of tenant profile
3) Unfavourable physical conditions like facing
