Hi,

Most of the projects that are going to TOP in 2015 are 100% sold, unless a returned unit pops out (chances are slim though). Will you be open to ECs that TOP in 2016? For the east/north east side, there are Sea Horizon (Pasir Ris Drive 3) & Ecopolitan (Punggol Walk). A 3BR EC unit at Ecopolitan is going from 851K onwards,and is a 5 to 7 min walk to Punggol MRT.

If there's a strong need to move in 2015, you may wish to consider Pasir Ris One DBSS near Pasir Ris MRT. It is going to TOP soon & DBSS HDB-4rm units are going for 585K onwards.

Dear Sir/Mdm,

There aren’t many choices left for EC that will TOP in 2015.

However, there are many that will TOP in 2016 and have unit from developer still available, such as Sea Horizon (Pasir Ris), Waterwoods and Ecopolitian (Punggol). There will be 3 more EC that will be launching in the next few months in Punggol/Sengkang area. You may want to consider these also.
