Hi John,

The psf for mickey mouse units in Katong area may seem high, but that is normal because smaller units have higher psf.

There is still a lot more growth in Katong area, especially when Katong Mall is fully revamped, and when the MRT finally runs through Marine Parade.

Hi John,

I have a new launch at D15 at East Coast Road.

It is freehold, and has 65units in total.

It consists of 2 blocks, one refurbished 2-storey conservation house (part of the Government's plan to retain some flavour and heritage of the past), and one modern architecture 5-storey apartment.

The layout is very good, and the mickey mouse-sized unit feels much bigger than it really is.
