Hi! Am looking around for a small place of my own, preferably around 500k. Sensitive to the price, as I'll have to pay the 7 pc absd and also have plans to take some time out for studies in a few years' time.
Am open to Geylang area, as long as it is either completed or ready by the end of 2015-ish.
However, I understand that it may be challenging to secure loans from banks. Loans may also be available only at higher interest rates (when compared to loans for places in Pasir Ris). How true is this?
