Hi, am interested to purchase a 4/5 room HDB flat. With conditions as below:

- I am currently 30y.o. Single, never married
- I have a grandmother aged 85+ whom i am using as a joint name to purchase a flat

In this case am i still eligible to purchase a resale HDB flat? Thanks

For public scheme, you are only eligible to co-own the unit with your parents.
