Hi, am in the midst of preparing to shift from KL to SG due to my child's education ( going to primary 1 at 2015). We are a small family 3 with a maid and we prefer to stay near Yishun and Yio Chu Kang since is near our relatives. I specifically like the ground floor unit with patio and the budget should be around 1 mil to 1.3 mil sgd . Any good recommendation please contact me immediately.
