Hi, am a SC engaged to foreigner on EP and currently working in SG. We are looking to buy a HDB for living and also a good investment. Am I able to do so and also get a hdb loan with our income? Total income is >$12,000 per month combined

Dear Sir/Mdm,

You can purchase a resale HDB only and you cannot take HDB loan as you have exceed the income ceiling. However, you can take a bank loan.
