a) What are the other costs pertaining to the purchase of resale property (eg $500,000)
- Stamp duty (revised)
- Cash over valuation (max $5000)
- Agency Fee (1%) plus GST (is this 1% fixed?)
- legal fees?
- admin fees?
- any option or valuation fee?
