The applicants who I suppose are PRs must complete 3 years of residency before buying a resale HDB flat. Let's speak more in details because an accurate financial projection is key in making an informed choice.

For PR-PR HDB application, both need to be PRs for at least 3 years before they can apply resale HDB. Thanks and hope it clarifies, would you consider private property instead?

For SPR household, both applicants must be at least 21 years old and fulfil SPR status of 3 years each to be eligible under public scheme to purchase a resale HDB.
