Hi All, My friend is interested to purchase a 4-room flat in Cantonment Close. Looking for 5 to 15 year old flats, for around 20-30k COV. decently-renovated. Asking price should preferably be around 580k to 650k, depending on sqm.If there's any agent having such unit on hand, please contact.

I personally do not have any units in Cantonment Close but I do have a team mate who focuses in that area and I heard she just secured an unit for her buyer recently at a very good price.
