Hi all, may I know roughly what is the best option for investment also staying for roughly 3 million? I require a lift and at least 5 bedrooms. FH is preferred. Also asking, how is the value of properties at Sembawang near the beach? I am interested in the properties there but am worried that the price will not increase much eventually due to its location and its 99 LH.

For your concern with regards to whether 99 years leasehold property have value, well that is not up to me to say, you may want to check on the caveat for a project call The Shaughnessy which is in Yishun area to see how it has apppreciate through the years.

If you are talking about project that is near the shore of Sembawang we do have one upcoming project The Shoreline Residences I or II consist of 13 Intermediate Terrace and 3 Corner Terrace expected to complete in 3 months time. They are 5+1 Bedrooms With Private Lift.
