Hi Nandine,

I have a 800sqft 2 bedroom unit at D15 along Mountbatten Road, at $1200psf. It has very minimal baywindow and balconies. Very good liveable area. TOP 2012

However, it only has a swimming pool and BBQ pits. No other facilities.
