Hi all,

I recently singned option to purchase document for a 5 room flat in senkang.We also got the first appointment date from the HDB. Now the seller do not want to sell, i think they are looking for higher price, for me it took almost 2 months to finalise the house. I am also taking the bank loan, if i cancel i have to pay the cancellation charges. Please advice me whether i can take legal action against the seller,how long will it take to settle the issue?
