Hi,

1) I'm afraid you are not eligible to buy a 2-rm BTO (99yrs leasehold) now. The 2-rm BTO is only opened to 1st timer.
2) You are only eligible to buy a 2-rm BTO flexi-lease when you reached 55 yrs old.
3) You may apply for an HFE to get confirmation from the HDB.
