I am planning to buy HDB 4rm Resales flat.
My budget is 350k and COV is max. 15K only.
I am looking for East area and AMK, Serangoon, Hougang area. Near Yishun MRT and Kertib MRT also can.
I already got Housing loan from DBS.
Can i apply Housing loan other Bank? Bcuz of different rate.
