Hi all. I am having issues buying a resale HDB. I did not hire an agent and chose to do the buying myself. I had exercised the OTP for a flat, paid 2K deposit. I repeatedly request the seller agent to send me a soft copy of OTP, but he refused and chose to ignore me. It been 30days and still i din hear from him. I made a complain against him to propnex, the organisation he is under. They promise to investigate and get back within 10 days, but never did. What is my next step of action?

Hi, you may wish to keep pressing the company for an answer or to go directly to CEA.

1) You have done the right thing and had given enough patient toward this situation.
2) If the agency is unable to help, suggest bring the case up to CEA via the link below:
