Hi all.
I am a PR with a budget of around $650k looking for a 2 bedroom resale executive condo/apartment. As I am a PR it has to be a resale unit at least 5 years old. With property prices so ridiculously high right now, what are my chances of finding one around my budget? I am willing to consider all locations and don't really have many requirements other than it should be somewhat near public transport. What are some ECs that meet my budget? I am hoping to find one hopefully within the next year.
