Hi all Gurus,
Can I check the indicative psf for the DBSS site at Upper Serangoon just launched for tender? Understand there should be another DBSS coming up at Bedok reservoir road?
Me and my fiancee are planning to buy a flat in the east area, most importantly must be near to the MRT station for conveience. Some potential areas we looking at are Kallang, Kembangan-Tampines areas. Not sure with a budget of around 400-600k, is it possible to get a decent BTO/DBSS/EC? Looking at 4-5 rm flats if possible. Would appreciate your valuable advice, thanks.
