Hi all expert, i'm married, working with cpf and desperately needed a place of my own. As i have no upfront cash..any possibility to use just CPF?? Thank you in advance for your kind advice

Hi,

Unfortunately, you will definitely need some form of Cash consideration for a HDB resale flat purchase.

The good news is, the Cash consideration can be as low as $2, plus all the other miscellaneous fee. The balance payment can be from your CPF-OA.
