Hi All agents out there..If i cant sell my overseas property after buying a hdb resale flat after the given 6 months grace period by hdb, what will happen and what is the penalty?

Evening Sean,

With sufficient evidence to back up your claim and effort which you have put into the sales of your overseas property, you can write in to HDB and request for extension.
