Hi All Agents..
I'm a divorcee and i want to buy a resale 3rm flat in woodlands area. I already used the staying near parents grant before and i would like to ask if i'm eligible for the PHG grant.

HI,

Buying a resale flat will need to meet a few criteria before you can apply for one.

For example, if you are 35 years old, then you can't purchase a flat under your own name. However, if you have the legal custody of your children, then you can apply under the public scheme.

However, as you have use the Proximity housing grant, then you can't use it again.
