Hi all! 32yo Singaporean and married to non-citizen (LTVP+) and we have a 2mth old daughter (singapore citizen).
- first time buyers/applicants
- Wife is not working
- I'm the sole buyer
- 2 occupier wife and child
- Intent to Buy done
- Going for 4 - room or smaller
- got HLE

The grant I can get are? (As shown in Eligibility Results)
CPF Housing Grant- 50k
Enchanced CPF Housing Grant - up to $65k
Proximity Housing Grant - 20k

If I were to get a resale with at least 65 years lease left, I should be able to get full EHG 65k amount right? Are there any other factors where I may get less?

Or am I under Non Citizen Spouse Scheme where all the grants are halves?
Also what is Top-Up grant?
Buyer Stamp duties is payable by cash or CPF?

Good afternoon S,

You are only eligible to buy a resale HDB under non citizen spouse scheme as your spouse is still a foreigner.

If the flat you buy cannot last you till 95 years old, it will be pro rated.

You can take reference to the housing grants you are eligible under the scheme:

Stamp duty can be payable either by cash or cpf.

Hi Sir,

As your daughter is a Singapore Citizen, your flat purchase will be under Public Scheme. You will also get to enjoy the Full Housing Grants. You just need to name her as an essential occupier.

CPF Housing Grant - up to $50k
Enhanced Housing Grant - dependent on your monthly household income, the lower your income, the higher the grant.
Proximity Housing Grant - $20k if staying within 4km to parents place of residence, or $30k if staying with parents.

Top-up Grants are not applicable as you already get to enjoy the full Grant. Stamp duties can be paid via your CPF.
