Hi agents,we are married couple and HDB upgraders, anyone knows if there are any private condo coming up in Punggol this year?We want to get a 3 bedroom dual-key units in Punggol.We have to purchase a private condo because we are not eligible for the Dual-key units in EC.Thanks.

Good morning! Currently only Rivertrees Residences and Riverbank @ Fernvale are the two projects with 3BR Dual key in the Northeast area. If not, do get in touch with me so if I get any news on any upcoming project in Punggol, I can update you. Cheers!
