Hi agents,I'm a singapore citizen and my wife is a PR.We cannot buy BTO from HDB.We want to purchase resale at 3 room HDB flat with household income 2k.We do not have cash in hand.CPF not much.How much I will be able to loan from HDB? Will I get any grant from HDB?Or afford buy a resale HDB?
