Hi agents

I'm a buyer looking for a place to stay. Seems like there's a lot of incompetent seller's agents around.

Wanting to get more info from the agent, unable to provide and gives attitude.

Wanting to negotiate, unable to educate seller on the price.

I seriously feel that these agents are hindering me from getting a house.

If he/she is the sole agent, how am I gonna get that particular house I want?
