Dear investor,

I was just thinking hard on which seller is likely to put a tenanted unit on fire sale if it is able to generate decent rental returns, unless it is a leasehold project which is in the range of 30 odd years old or older.

Properties without decent yield will unlikely be able to generate good prospective yield in future too.

Therefore your probable option will lie in projects that have high rental demand but purchasing over a vacant unit that needs to be liquidated fast.

Tenants can visit http://bit.ly/SGExpatRental (Official Rental Requirements - Singapore Expatriates) to indicate your rental requirements.
