Hi agents, both my hubby and I are 25 yrs old and want to get a unit in Queenstown. However, most of the flats here are left with less than 60 years of lease, we will have to fork out cash only or use only a % of selling price with CPF. Are there any units in Queenstown that is lower than $500k?

If your budget is aroudn $500k range, you might want to look at 3RM flats in Queenstown, where you can get newer flats with longer lease.
