hi agent,if i take a grant under single scheme to buy a resale flat,after the 5 yrs if i intend to sell will i be entitle to any more grant for my next new house?

Morning, All SC are only entired to purchase subsidized flat once, without the need to pay levy. When you purchase the resale unit with grant, HDB would considered that you have enjoyed your share of subsidized flat.
