hi agent i wanted to buy house from hdb but need pay levy. in order not to pay i was ask to buy from open market. the problem is i cant afford high cash out. at the moment im staying in hdb rental flat.paying $230mth. as i see not worth it as my kids getting older. hope there is an agent could help me. i know this very tough.
