Hi Agent,
I am looking for small unit either studio or 1 bedroom for my own stay with the budget between S$500K - $600K preferable ready unit ( old / new is not a problem) , if you have avail small units , please contact me. I am keen w/ ALEXIS also considering that it's going to be TOP soon

Hi S S,

Currently, I am marketing a 1-BR unit at Alexis, 420 sq. ft., with a balcony. If you can stretch your budget to $640K, that unit will be yours. Estimated TOP is end 2011.
