Hi.
1. I would like to request for a detailed breakdown on financial plan for purchasing a 4RM HDB flat. Married couple. No grants applicable. Assuming buying a flat at 400k. CPF 150k. HLE status pending.

Eg.Caveat fee, Stamp duty, HPS, what esle?

2. How do u work out the total loan amt including 2.6% from HDB?
