By the way, care to share your nationality? If you are from Nationals and Permanent Residents of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland and Nationals of the United States of America, you will have the same tax treatment as Singaporeans. Wont be hit by 60% ABSD.

2) You can qualify for a mortgage if meet certain requirements.
Do you intend to take loan for your purchase?
