Hello! We are buying a resales EM. and the owner want to sell us his current items. i would like to check does belong items should be included in the purchased price?

- ⁠Tecno induction hob (mounted on the table top)
- ⁠Wells water filter (mounted on the table top)
- ⁠Bosch 2 in 1 steamer and oven - not sure if this is consider as build in?
- ⁠Doby Atmos 7.2.2 home system - not sure if this is consider as build in? as it has mounted on the corner of the ceiling
