I am from pakistan i have business in pakistan but my children are in singapore and they are nationals and studies there. i am really interested to buy an apartment for my children... i need information on the criteria of payment, plus if i want to apply bank loan how can i apply just 50% on behalf of my children as they are nationals of Sp. i will be very thankful for your attention and response .Arshad Zaman
