Hello, my parents divorced and we are planning to buy over the house from my dad. We will be buying jointly with my mom and brother. I have signed a legal document in advance that states that the house will be sold to us and we are currently pending for govt and hdb's processing status but I will be going overseas for 6 months. I would like to know, will there be any more documents required to be signed once the process is done and also, if there are any more documents that require signature, would I be able to sign the documents while I am overseas, like using email?
