2) Since you are an SPR family, you will have to look for the bank to find out the available package and at the same time how much loan you can get. It is a free service you could tap on.
3) You can only offer an OTP on 16 April 2022, because this is the earliest date you can register your intent to buy on HDB web. So do not make any offer for the moment.
4) Once you find out your loan amount, you can now tabulate how much cash and CPF you have that could use for the purchase.
5) Do not forget about the stamp duty you will be incurred in this buying process; BSD + ABSD = ~8%, so this is more than $20k which could eat into your buying budget.
6) You can also start to narrow down your search now to certain estate and flat type which fits into your budget.
