Hello, my husband and I are Singaporeans currently residing overseas. We've been out of touch with the property market recently. We currently have around $300K just sitting in our CPF. We don't want to buy a HDB, prefer a condo. Do we still require 5% deposit before we can utilise our cpf?

Evening,

Since you are looking at buying condo, you can only utilize bank loan. With 80% loan, you are required to pay 5% in cash and balance 15% in CPF and/or cash.

Is there any way we could legally use 100% of our CPF? Commercial property?
