For SPR families to be eligible to purchase resale HDB, they need to each hold SPR status of 3 years each, hence unfortunately resale HDB will not be one of the options. You are only eligible for private property condo, and it may be the better option as generally private property prices are still resilient and enjoying steady growth, whereas generally HDB prices are still on the slow downtrend.
Using 300k as funds for downpayment and stamp duties, you will be eligible for an approximately max 900k property, assuming 75% max loan is possible. The typical breakdown is as follows:
Cash 5% 45k
CPF OA 20% 180k
Stamp duties (BSD + ABSD) and legal fees approx 8% 72k
Max home loan 75% 675k
