Each SPR needs to hold SPR status individually for 3 years before they can buy resale HDB. Your only choice now is to purchase a private condo. Thanks and hope to assist further.

Good question!

Do take note that for SPR household, both SPRs must fulfill 3 years respectively before you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB. Thus as of now, you are only eligible for private condos, apartments or landed in Sentosa.
