Will it be a investment property or own stay?

You are looking at a resale unit or new launch? If you are looking at resale unit, you might only be able to purchase a studio or 1 bedder. Is that what you want?

Btw do take note that you will be subject to 10% additional buyer's stamp duty for this second property purchase as a SPR.

If you have outstanding housing loan on your private property, you can only loan up to 50% if you don't, it will be 80%.

You need to fulfill minimum sum as well if you have utlilsed CPF OA funds in your current property.
