hello ,
i am currently living in 3 bedroom condo, and have view another condo 4 bedder. and we like that unit.

problem is, now that the seller needs to sell fast and i cannot commit as of now , as i still have my existing 3 bedder currently, and need to sell before i can purchase it. also, i have i want to offload my other property too, (3 condos, 1 hdb)
as i dont want to pay any absd.

how can i tell my seller i can only commit in 4-5 months time, before the option to purchase, any ideas please , as i really like that unit and want to chope it.

also, in need of agent to sell all my 4 properties once i have an better idea on how i can persuade seller to wait 4-5 months, until all my unit is sold (i reckon thats the time taken to sell at lest)

Hi Sir/Madam

1. May I know are all of your 4 properties under your sole name?
Or it is under joint tenancy/ tenancy-in-common?

2. As you really like that unit (condo 4 bedder), is there anyone in your family who does not own any property yet who are interested to buy?

3. One way to request for longer option is to offer good price with higher option fee of more than 1%, however it is subject to seller approval. I have negotiated a few cases with higher option fee.
I will need more information as why seller need to sell fast as well to be able to advise you better.

4. As for selling your current 4 properties, I would need more information such as the address, condition, tenanted/own stay, your price expectation, etc to be able to advise you the expected timeline.

5. I will be glad to assist finding the right buyer
