hello! I am a Singapore PR married to a Singapore Citizen and we do not own any property in Singapore. I am looking for a landed property in Singapore and I am hoping to put both our names on the deed. Is this possible? And am I able to avoid the stamp duty that normally applies to PR property purchases? Thank you

Hi,

As you're a SPR, to purchase a landed property (with the exception of Sentosa Cove), you will require to get approval from LDAU.

If you jointly-purchase a property with your SC spouse, you will qualify for ABSD remission as it will be your first matrimonial home.

I am experienced and well-versed in private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
