Hello Gurus, We are looking for EC but are facing some issues. I'm getting ~8K per month (fixed) where my partner just started her business where she is declaring ~2K per mth through CPF contribution. With my income alone, we can only qualify for ~600K (rm size) based on 30% TSDR. Any option for her income to be considered so that we can look at more (bigger) options? NB: we are looking strictly for EC projects Separately, also hope to get your view on EC outlook - with current price drop, will it be better to wait? Thank you

1) For the loan portion, you may like to check with a banker on avenues to increase your loan quantum (eg, usage of liquid asset loan). Do let me know if you need any banker contacts. 2) With regards to price drop, what are you cross-referencing to? New EC launch prices? All these ECs land bid prices have mostly been a year ago and developer has to maintain a margin for profits. So do you think prices will drop? If newer EC land bid prices are slightly lower, yes, prices may drop slightly. However, are you willing to wait or should I say, can you wait? Is the slight drop or worse location worth the wait? Based on your query I assume you are looking at the 4 & 5 br units. Do you think those yet to launch units will have these sizes if now the loan is based on MSR? Are you subjected to resale levy?
