hello gurus, saw a condo unit that i like, but no agent to protect my interest. seller's agent pushing for seller's asking price so that he can max the commission (understandly). How can I proceed?? thank you!

Hello,
A seller agent will always protect the seller interest.
If you are very familiar with the whole buying process and feel the price is right.
Go ahead and present the 1% option fees.
Otherwise, it will be good to have an agent to protect your rights.
