The applicable commission in brokering a successful rental transaction is at half month's rent for every 12 months lease agreement or part thereof, where 7% GST is applicable on the commission.

I have been in the real estate industry since 2009, where I have been dealing with residential homes transactions for the past 10 years, brokering numerous rental transactions.
