Hello Guru's,

I am here in Singapore on EP since 3 years, I am here with my 2 kids and wife.

I would like to ask for advice or suggestion in buying a some kind of property to beat the raising house rents.

Since i am on EP i cann't think of HDB. Now only option is condo or landed house.

Could kindly advice me on this.

Are you currently renting at the moment?

If so, when is your lease expiring?

If you do not mind, i do have some units on hand that i can recommend you. However, it would be better for me to listen to your requirements first.
