Hi,

You must be 35 and above, unmarried single to qualify under single scheme. You can't reapply the grant if you give it a miss right from the start. In this case, why not apply for the grant initially?

You mentioned you are keen to purchase a resale flat under single singapore citizen scheme but you also mentioned you have a SPR spouse?

If you are eligible under Single scheme, you can obtain up to $15k singles grant if eligible. You wont be able to obtain additional housing grant if you get married in future.
